I would rate your company as a 5. However, the engraving does not show up as well as I thought it might. Have to look at through a magnifying glass.

sweet pendant
The photo of the pendant was not exactly what I thought but when I got it it was still endearing......wee screw in back was hard to use but over all I am so glad I have this piece of jewelry to wear on special days - knowing a bit of my daughter will always be with me!
