The delivery time is approximately two to three weeks for our Spirit Heart cremation pendant keepsake in solid 14 karat white gold. Each Spirit Heart cremains jewelry includes your choice of black satin cording or matching chain and you can use the small funnel and filling sticks to fill your cremation ash jewelry with your tribute. This beautiful white gold Spirit Heart cremation charm has an etched pattern on the front of the heart and the pattern is replicated three times on the face of the keepsake - on the right hand side of the heart, the left hand side of the heart and at the very bottom where the point of the heart is. - This keepsake measures 1" wide x 1" high. The keepsake is measured from the bottom of the pendant to the bottom of the bail.

- This keepsake will hold a "pinch" of cremated remains. A "pinch" is equal to approximately 1/8 of a teaspoon.
- How to fill:
- This keepsake is filled by unscrewing the bail at the top. This exposes the small interior compartment where the remains are laid to rest.

Nice but Very Shiny!
Ordering, customer service and follow up were all very good. Pricing was a little higher than expected but to get 14k white gold the piece had to be custom made. The design detail is excellent but the piece is very shiny compared to all of the picture depictions. The engraving on the back is disappointing. I only had two initials done and they are so small you have to get the lighting just right to see them. I can’t imagine how it would be if I had two lines done which is offered.
