The locket was attractively packaged and all of the tools needed to add cremation ashes were included including clear instructions, JK sent a receipt by email the same day the order was placed. Parcel arrived duty free. Delivery time was two weeks which is the mails fault and not JK. There were even warnings about the adhesive to be used to seal the locket. JK has an excellent selection of jewelry
