Delivered in a timely manner
Customer Service was prompt and there was someone available via phone for any follow up or questions prior to and after ordering. I was disappointed with the size of the pendant. It was a lot smaller than I thought. Very hard to see the picture. I thought the picture on the site was what the actual size would look like. 5 stars for customer service. 2.5 for the actual product.
