Reba’s Photo Heart Pendant.
I’m disappointed in the fact that when I placed my order. I thought the picture was going to be done in color, not engraved. When you’re asked about engraving on the back. I thought checking the engraving box was to have Reba’s name engraving on the back only. I was not aware that Reba’s pictures was going to be engraved.. The heart pendant is made well and the engraving is done very well. However I can’t see Reba’s beautiful face unless I’m standing right in front of her urn. I just can’t afford to replace it right now. Maybe some day I will be able to afford another one with Reba’s picture done in color.

Missed Spelling
You misspelled “Sempre” on my mother’s Christmas gift. I doubled checked my spelling as well as checked the email you sent me to to make sure I didn’t make a mistake and I didn’t. Very disappointing.
