The pendant is gorgeous. Ordering was simple and it arrived in just a few days. It was easy to include special instructions to move the subjects in the photo closer together. This is a gift for a relative who is difficult to buy for, but I am sure she will LOVE it.

My boyfriends closest friend passed away on December 10th 2019 and he took it very hard. It was like he lost his brother. I found this website and immediately fell in love. I clicked on this chain, attached the image and specified how to crop the image. I received such a quick response from Ian awaiting my approval of the proof image. Once I approved I received the chain two days later (overall alittle over a week from ordering to delivering) My boyfriend cried and couldn’t believe how quickly I did this.
