Very good!! Was sent the proof, which did not make me happy and asked could they just keep it as it was. They sent a new proof and did exactly as I asked. This was a gift for a dear friend. When she opened it, she cried. It was a picture of her and her grandmother who she adored and had passed. Like the chain too! All in alll, a very good experience.

This necklace is beautiful and my daughter will love it. Both of her grandparents went home to be with the Lord this year and this will be such a blessing to her to have their picture and the engraving on the back. What a beautiful job Jewelry Keepsakes did! Thank you!

We lost one of our dogs and I wanted something special to memorialize her. I ordered a colored photo pendant not sure how it would come out. When I opened the box - I was so surprised and touched on how beautifully it came out. It is a very special keepsake. Loved it so much - I ordered another one with all three dogs in the pendant. That too came out beautiful. They do a great job!
