The unique features of having a textured background means that when the image is engraved onto the textured surface, the image then has the same texture and you can feel the edges and ridges with your fingertip. Any photo that you choose will be cropped according to your specifications and the resulting image engraved onto the white background. Jewelry Keepsakes’website is very detailed and organized to be very user friendly! The staff is amazing and they have wonderful people answering their phones that are local residents of Montana, not a foreign company! I ordered two pendants for my daughter as Christmas gifts when she lost her emotional support dog in a sudden accident. Both were beautiful but one pendant with just the dog pictured was a bit dark and you couldn’t see her little face very well. This was not due to their beautiful work, it was the photo I uploaded. I called Jewelry Keepsake and asked if it was possible to make the pendant photo brighter and they said they would definitely check with their artist and get back with me. A few days later I received an email stating they would absolutely make it brighter and thanked me for my patience! WOW!! What company does that anymore? Gives you a redo at no added expense?? Jewelry Keepsake does!!! Thank you for giving my daughter such a wonderfully exquisite piece of jewelry and sweet remembrance of her beloved pet.

I purchased this item as a gift. It was a picture of my father and his 3 brothers, all passed on. It was for my younger sister for Christmas. The engraving was beautiful. It was an old picture of 4 people so it was a little bit hard to see their faces. But you could see all of them. It was a great gift. I want one for myself as well. We didn't really love the chain that it came with so we will be replacing that, but there was not extra charge for it so there isn't much to complain about there. I do wish that there were more options to pick from for the colored picture pendants, but I am very happy with my purchase. I will be purchasing again. Thank you to Jewelry Keepsakes for something that was really special and made wonderfully.
