Great, caring business!!
My mom passed away in August and I had been looking at sites to find exactly what I was looking for and finally found it here! Not only was it what I was looking for but this company is very caring and want to help you. Here is my story; I ordered my keepsake and got the email saying it would be delivered the following Saturday. I was so excited when I went to check the mail and saw the box. When I was starting to open it, it looked like it had been opened already. I was devastated when all that was in the box was the funnel and some tissue paper. The keepsake I had ordered for my mom, had been stolen! Not exactly sure when or where but it was not in the box. That Monday I called the company and spoke to the nicest, caring lady, I told her what happened and she said we will get you another one put in the mail. I wasn't expecting her to tell me that , but I was so grateful! It arrived this week and it is everything I wanted it to be.
