When you place your order, we begin production on your keepsake and send out an ash collection kit. Add a very small amount of cremated remains to the ash receptacle and mail back to us in the postage paid envelope. Upon receipt of the cremated ashes, we will combine the gemstone-like resin with the ashes needed and set the mixture into the pendant. Your Love Square Silver ash keepsake will ship in 24-48 hours after receiving the ashes and we return any remaining cremated ashes not used with your pendant selection.
