It was perfect and so pretty.

Bracelet arrived missing the screw that holds the ashes in.
The quality and appearance of this bracelet is wonderful, however, it arrived without any means of holding in the cremation ashes. May I possibly order a replacement part? I would like to order three more identical bracelets for my cousins if this issue can be resolved. This bracelet is beautiful, and exceeded my expectations. The design is gorgeous, the bangle itself is very well made. The instructions for filling the piece with ashes were very clear and easy. All necessary tools were included. I would highly recommend this piece!
