Necklace urn without urn, customer mistake
I bought the sterling silver starling and is a gorgeous charm. Because me been very new in the subject, I did not know how to open it. So, I complained that the charm did not have any place to put the ashes and I said I was very disappointed with the purchase. A person from customer service called me and walked me through all the steps. The charm is beautiful and I am very happy with it and with the warm and kind service from the company.
