love the locket. my dog , Zoe, passed suddenly & i was devastated. i ordered this. her name & the date she passed is engraved on the back. it arrived quickly & was easy to put some of her ashes in with the enclosed funnel. i will now have a little piece of her with me always which i find extremely comforting. also, the woman i spoke to on the phone was very helpful.
