Disappointed
Product is nothing like the picture or proof that was sent to me. You can barely see the picture on the necklace and you have to tilt it back and forth to even see it. This was a gift for my daughter that I was so excited to give her and I’m so disappointed how it looks.

I bought this pendant as a memorial for my dog who just passed recently. I can’t thank the team at jewelry keepsakes enough! I was reduced to a ball of tears upon opening it. I can’t imagine a better pendant to honor him. The quality is definitely there and the turn around was quick! It took 5 days to receive!
