Amazing work
We ordered a necklace as a gift for our mother in law of our beloved puppy that just passed away. Their customer service agent let us know that the picture we submitted may not work well with the pendant we picked and gave us other options. We picked another option and were able to proof the piece first. When we did get the necklace, I was in awe. The quality was amazing - it looked like he could just have jumped right out of the pendant and onto our couch. It is a piece that will be cherished.

magnified needed
The print that was sent was represented in the heart but could hardly see it unless you held it close to your face, it is not like the picture on web, the engraving could have been darker, it actually looks ghostly and that was not the look I was looking for.
