I bought this item after loosing my 13.5 year old dog. I was terrified that i would get this item and it would be horrible and that I would be devastated all over again. But, it was the total opposite. This was so beautifully done, I couldn't be happier. And it arrived super fast, within two days of ordering. I included special instructions for the photograph which were followed to a T. This really did brighten a dark time and I am so happy with the finished product. If this tells you anything I have never bothered to write a review before for any product until now.

I ordered a silver plated dog tag with my kids picture on it for my husband for valentines day. It turned out beautifully! When my husband saw it he absolutely loved it! The picture looked great and the engraving on the back looks amazing! I'm also so happy with the wonderful customer service. I wanted to make sure that my picture would fit before I placed the order. Called the cs and they had me send the pic and they made sure it worked and called me right back within half an hour! They were so nice!!! Also my order got here very quickly! I can't express how happy I am with the product and the great company! If u could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! :) Thank u soooo much!!!
