I did send response I purchased total of 6 copper colored tortoise keepsake necklaces .they came with pretty copper colored chain to match. You can imagine my shock when after a couple of days of wearing it the chain was now multi colored.i did NOT get it wet. I purchased these for important members of the family and now have the embarrassing task of informing them of this problem. I only hope the tortoise stays the same copper color. I also would like to say each of these cost 49$ and could not believe that I was charged for shipping. As you can deduct I am truely disappointed at such a time. June Cizauskas
