Terrific product, all around great experience
The piece ordered was exactly as described, absolutely beautifully done. I had questions regarding adequate image resolution before purchasing as I only had a small, older image to work with. These folks were responsive and accurate in their assistance. And although the order was placed late in the season for an x-mas delivery, they got it out on time and it actually arrived a day ahead of their estimate. If considering photo engraving, look no further. These folks did it right. Kudos.
