I am extremely pleased with the quality of my pendants. My 18 year old grandson recently passed away in his sleep, and I needed a part of him that I could hold next to my heart. I chose a baby photo as well as a teen photo, both of which were done beautifully and in a timely manner. I won’t order from any other company but Jewelry Keepsakes.

Missing birthstone
My experience was ok, however I was charged $19.99 for a November birthstone that was never added to the pendant.
