Can’t see the picture
The chain, bail, and octogon were good. However, the engraving of the picture was terrible. You can’t see the picture. You have to hold the necklace in one particular angle to see the picture. It is worthless to have a photo necklace you can’t see. Your company has agreed to redo them and I haven’t received them. I ordered four as Christmas presents so if the quality is still poor I don’t know what I will do for presents plus be out that much money!!!
