Slightly tilted to the right, the Silver Side Heart photo pendant measures 7/8" in diameter. The silver heart sits on it's right hand side and there is a long bail at the top that attaches the heart to the included 20" silver chain. Practically any photo that you choose can be engraved onto the surface of the Silver Side Heart and if you have particular cropping instructions such as just from the shoulders up or even cropping an individual out of the image, we can make that happen. Image clarity
The physical properties of the pendant are of very good quality, but the image is horrible. I can barely see the image and the image quality is definitely not the same as pictured. Over all I'm disappointed with the merchandise and wish I had shopped around a little bit more. My kitty just died Easter Sunday and I am devastated that I didn't get what I thought I was ordering.

Photo pendant necklace
The items shown on your website look very clear, like a photo. My necklace is very hard to make out the image unless you turn it just right in just the right lighting. Not satisfied with that at all but the quality of the necklace and pendant seems good.
