Once you have received the kit, simply add a small amount of cremated ashes to the receptacle and mail back to us in the postage paid envelope. When we receive your ashes, we add them to the resin and place the mixture in the heart. We mail the pendant as well as any remaining ashes that were not used within 24-48 hours of receiving the ashes in the mail.
