Getting us the ashes is very simple. Once your order is placed with immediately send out an ash receptacle and a postage paid envelope. While the ashes are in transit, your pendant is being handcrafted by our artist. Once the ashes are received, we typically are able to ship your jewelry in 24-48 hours. Any ashes that are not used are returned with the pendant.
Customizing your keepsake is easy and we have a couple of different ways you can do so. Chooses a chain in a different length or different finish to add some pizzazz or alter the way the keepsake is displayed on the body.
