Beautiful work
The engraving was flawless and the timeliness could not be matched! My one concern is that the recipient notified me they'll have to purchase another bracelet to wear the charm because within hours of wearing, it fell off due to the style without a proper clasp. Luckily someone found it on the ground and returned it, but was disappointed to know at this expense, another cost will be incurred to ensure the charm does not easily fall off. I would otherwise purchase again, just not this style.
