Nice jewelry but careless handling, so very disappointed.
One necklace came without the closure screw. Another screw was shipped, however it is clear that it is not the screw that actually goes with this necklace. It does not screw all the way in so the screw is visible when looking straight at it while around the neck, completely contrary to what I wanted. What am I to do now!

Overall good
This memorial was purchased for my son. His Dad passed away rather suddenly after a brief illness. Needless to say my kids were devastated so I bought these memorials and their Dad's wife had them filled before we ever saw them. Cylinder arrived a couple of days ago. My son loves it and I know he will cherish it for the rest of his life. The only issue was that some of the engraved letters were crooked. We wont be sending it back though because as I said, it is already filled.
