Beautiful Jewelry, but very difficult to insert ashes
First, the quality of the jewelry is amazing. It's beautiful and appears to be well-made. The inscription came back exactly as ordered. The reason for the 4 stars is that inserting the ashes into the pendant was a nightmare! The screwdriver that was provided did not fit the screw in the pendant, and it took me about 30 minutes just to remove the screw. Then, the funnel was so narrow that it jammed up the moment I put any ashes into it. I would strongly recommend a micro-spoon be provided to deliver the ashes into the pendant---the funnel was worthless.
