Very nice looking
I'm very pleased with my urn necklace. It looks beautiful, and was very easy to fill and seal. It looks just like the image and people are very surprised to find out that it is an urn.

Not so perfect
I ordered this special heart after my father died, I live in Italy and I wanted to keep him with me after the funeral in the states. Beautiful design, modern, nice weight. The problem came out with the screw. After introducing some ashes inside, the screw didn't go all the way in, and the screw driver sent in the package was not the correct size. It ruined the screw probably because of the weak material the screw is made of.my sister is taking care of the problem for me, hoping that the new screws that will be sent will work fine. Otherwise I will return everything. I payed express shipping to be able to receive it and take my fathers memory with me but because of this problem I am very disappointed.
