Antiqued Sterling Silver Heart Thumbprint Pendant

This necklace was purchased by 6 Girlfriends for yet another girlfriend who's Mother passed. There were many excellent pieces to choose. We picked this tipped heart. The recipient...."I love it". Her doctor took notice of the necklace and comment how beautiful and became emotional with what it represented. As the representative for the purchase and for the Girlfriends that helped to shop from afar, the piece is outstanding. The chain was a switch from the one displayed. I had actually considered asking for a different chain. Crazy, the piece arrived with the chain I really wanted. We are much happier with the one received. As the person that ordered and first to open before gifting, I observed that the antiquing around the "Mom" was quite dark which made the Mom difficult to read. That is my only minor comment.

Received the pendant with a misspelling on the engraving. Had to call and email several times to get a new pendant. Initial response was snarky as if it were I who made the mistake. Unfortunately, I paid extra to have the pendant sent in time for the funeral which I could not give due to the error. Fortunately, they did send a new pendant and it is beautiful. Sadly, it was a stressful experience and I had to make a trip to the post office to return the original pendant.
