Love this thumbprint pendant
I was pleasantly surprised and touched to receive an email from the person in charge of carving my late son's fingerprint on the pendant letting me know the digital pic I sent would work and that he could clear up any imperfections or fill in gaps and assuring me that I would be pleased with the result. I think their service is awesome, and I absolutely love the pendant and wear it near my heart every day.

Thumbprint necklace
The pendant was beautifully done but I was disappointed with the chain. The clasp did not close completely so I had to buy a new chain.
