Beautiful ring. Customer service could use work.
The sterling silver ring I received was beautiful. Before making the ring, I was contacted by Ian, asking if I had an thumbprint image to put on it. I was under the impression that the funeral home could put the thumbprint onto the ring, so I told Ian that. Being that this was the first of this type of jewelry that I have ordered, I didn't realize my mistake. I wish Ian would have told me how unlikely it would be for anyone to put the thumbprint on after the ring was made. I finally got the ring, after a long wait due to a mix up in the shipping address. When I found out the funeral home couldn't engrave the ring, I called JK and talked to Keith to explain what happened. I was devastated. I asked if I could send the ring back and have them engrave it. He said he would look into my request. I emailed the thumbprint after talking with Keith. After hearing nothing, I reached out to Ian via email again, explaining how upset I was and asking if they could help me get the thumbprint onto the ring. It's been over 2 weeks now, and I still have not heard anything from either Ian or Keith.
