My daddy passed away 3 weeks ago and I purchased 4 of your necklaces for my family… 2 crosses for my brothers , a hammered gold and silver pendant for my mom and a thumbprint pendant for myself. The two pendants I ordered were lovely. The pendant itself is very sturdy, not flimsy or thin. The engraving on the back was nice as well. The loop where the chain goes is thick so you know it won't break off and you would lose the chain and pendant. The chain is really nice. Would highly recommend ordering from Jewelry Keepsakes.

I first called and talked w a real live person who I could easily understand (so unusual these days it seems). Then I placed the order online for a thumbprint necklace of my husband’s thumbprint who died less than 3 months ago. When it arrived it was missing the add on charm and stone so I called right away. Phone was immediately answered again by the same live person that I talked to b4! He was very apologetic about the missing heart charm and put one in the mail for me that same day. It’s lovely-I love the fact that I can so clearly see the scar that was on his thumbprint and the message I had engraved is very nice also. Quality workmanship. The only very minor problem was that the bale wasn’t closed enough so the thumbprint kept falling off the chain-but that was easily remedied w a little squeeze w a pliers. I think it’s a very classy, personal remembrance of him. Lots of cheaper products out there-but if u don’t want something that looks cheap-go with JewelryKeepsakes!
