The weight and size was wonderful. Loved the heart! The fingerprint was 3D, just as I'd hoped. The ONLY reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating was because of the engraving. It was SO small, and I only had 4 words on it. ALWAYS IN MY HEART Given the amount of space, I thought it would have been larger font. The "IN MY" was so close together it looked like one word instead of two. The design was wonderful and the questions I had were answered quickly. I would definitely order if needed in the future, but I would space my inscription differently.

Working with Donna and Ian during such a difficult time was amazing. They were extremely helpful and patient. The necklace came out beautiful - very detailed and clear. The engraving on the back was really nice too. I received my order extremely quick. I would highly recommend.

My experience was so easy and flawless! We had the finger prints all ready to go when we sat down to order. Just a simple upload! Ordering was easy! Hardest part was figuring out how to put our engraving on the back! We got our necklaces very quickly and it fantastic quality! I would order again! Thank you!!
